I agree and furthermore there is a lot of theory to do with IT environments=
 which student also need to know
E.g. Quantitative and qualitative modelling; interpreting different forms o=
f knowledge representation; distinguishing between reliable and bogus infor=
mation; prioritising tasks; systems design etc etc.
