Ian

Whether you are promoting a commercial interest or providing information for other members, your materials are clearly in breach of copyright:

"Extracts from this document may be reproduced for non-commercial research, education or training purposes on the condition that the source is acknowledged as Crown copyright, the publication title is specified, it is reproduced accurately and not used in a misleading context."

I see no proper acknowledgement of copyright, the title is not specified and it has not been accurately reproduce - the important phrase 'across a range of context' is missing.

For information

Naace talk lists are not moderated. However, it is an unwritten
convention that where commercial interests are involved the post is clearly
labeled as such. It would help if this convention were adhered to -
avoids confusion and acrimony but should not stop us sharing very useful
materials.

Thanks all.
