An interesting paper, (see below) functionality might be OK but costs are
frightening.  I wonder if BSF groups have seen this paper?  Quote:

"In terms of cost, Kean (university) spent roughly $400,000 to cover the
entire outdoor campus, including 
athletic fields and common areas. On the indoor side, the bill ran about
another $200,000. 
Marinello says that the largest cost of the indoor deployment was to replace
all of the older ac-
cess points. He estimates that to retouch the old devices cost $1,000 per
device."
