Colleagues,
I have a plea for help from a colleague - who is tasked with setting up a w=
ork based e-learning pilot. Moodle is a potential solution, but there is n=
o budget for hosting. This project is building on a successful wle f2f pil=
ot and aims to demonstrate the advantages of e-learning in addition to the =
potential gains of CPD to the company where there is no history of investme=
nt in such development.
"I basically need to find software or a portal to completely design and aut=
hor my own e-learning site. There is no budget and no help - just me!! It =
would be initially piloted on the Academy (so just 16 users).
In an ideal world there would be a version of something like wix.com (used =
to build my own websites).... drag and drop multimedia, very easy to use...=
. but for e-learning!
At the moment I'm using Wix just to create a support site for all the cours=
e material for the Academy but there is no interactivity etc"
