[Advisory] Another 'Twit'

Hi

Twitter is the best CPD resource I have ever used. It takes a little while to get into, but once you do, it is a wealth of information. If you follow the right people. A good place to start is to find someone you know such as a Russell Prue or Jon Davitt or a teacher you have worked with and see who they follow. Then follow some of the same people.

Good people to follow include @simonhaughton, @primarypete_, @tombarrett, @simfin, @iusher, @dajbelshaw, @tricias and @ianyorston

Start slowly, don't follow 100 people on day 1, slowly build it up. Listen to others, share ideas and retweet (forward) the tweets you see that others might be interested in.

If you can get an app for your phone, it becomes so much easier.

Hope that helps?

After repeated requests (complaints?) I'm now trying to understand Twitter and make connections - any advice would be helpful.

But still have not worked out how to post a new tweet!
