For info - here is already a CCLearn division within Creative Commons.
http://learn.creativecommons.org/about/

It is highly unlikely that Creative Commons would support any resources wit=
h
technical Boundaries or DRM; call it what you will.  CC covers permissions
and use and does not get involved in technical aspects of resources.
