Well, I'd like to see a central (or distributed) repository for all of
the school based action research projects and similar that get written
up as masters dissertations or assignments. Some brilliant,
transformative work gets done on these projects and often the only
people who get to read about it are the tutor and examiners; this
seems a shame, from so many perspectives. Add in to this the work that
gets done for NCSL courses and will be done for the MTL and there's a
wealth of knowledge out there which ought, at the very least, to be
accessible to other UK teachers, and perhaps a wider audience still.
Could be a useful project for CfSA, TDA or GTC to take on.
Best wishes,
Miles.
